Who we are

Okha is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Konstantin Vasilkov, registered in Georgia (Tbilisi). Contact: hello@okha.app. These terms apply to the Okha apps, bots and the okha.app website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

What Okha is

Okha is a personal spending log. You enter expenses by text, voice or receipt photo; Okha structures them and answers questions about your own records. Okha does not connect to bank accounts, does not move money, and does not give financial, investment or tax advice. Okha reads amounts and categories automatically and can get them wrong; you can correct any entry, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your log.

Plans and billing

Free is the default plan and stays free. Okha Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at the time of purchase, taxes included where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Okha Pro is sold only inside the iOS app. Apple processes the payment under the App Store terms, and you manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.

Refunds

Purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple's policy. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.

Your content

Everything you enter stays yours. We process it only to run the Service for you (see the Privacy Policy). You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to upload content you have no right to, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home country.
